I run for 15 minutes on the threadmill ... then , i did some workout to build some muscle...but it turned out to be my muscle is hurting....<br />At night , when i was doing i assignment , suddenly SHE misscalled .... I called back and she told me she need to talk cuz she's having a speaking exam tomorrow.... i talked to her for about half an hour and eventually she's relieved ! It's good that i can help her..
